We create photorealistic architectural renderings that capture the essence of a design concept. Our unique and engaging visualizations showcase a project's true context and materiality. From polygons to pixels, we can help you visualize your project.
We strive to exceed the expectations of the design team and the client. It is our primary goal at Feature Graphics to put the “design in perspective”, and ultimately provide meaningful graphics for the project.
From 2D plans, sections, and/or elevations, we have the ability to extract the preliminary design intent and present your ideas and concepts through various rendering and multimedia representation techniques.
Whether it is a single “Feature” perspective or a series of images, we offer a dynamic array of styles and techniques to impress the client and provide marketing resources for a multitude of uses.
Our innovative virtual reality experiences allow an user to visualize an environment before its built and bring it to life. A potential tenant or buyer can explore a space and understand it's spacial qualities, views, and finishes better than a floor plan allowing any project to increase its sales and become fully leased in less time. With our virtual reality platform we are pushing the envelope of whats possible and changing the way we visualize architecture and real estate.
Each project is unique, and as a result our pricing varies based on the scale and scope of work. Typically we strive to complete projects within a 2-4 week time-frame, but we do have the capacity to complete a project in as little as 48 hours with our "Express Renderings" service. For inquiries on projects and to view our typical pricing fee structure, please feel free to contact us with specific project information so we can provide you with a more accurate quote.

We are a local Seattle startup whose entire team is located in Seattle and has at minimum a bachelors degree in Architecture. As once practicing architectural designers we understand how Seattle's Design Review Process (EDG/DRB) works and can offer valuable insight into how renderings can be used to convince skeptical board members and the general public.
